cheapbulksms.com is provided to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what cheapbulksms.com expects of them while using the service. All users of cheapbulksms.com services must comply with our TOS (Terms of Service).

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

We support the uncensored flow of information but will remove materials that are illegal or violate our terms. We cooperate fully with legal authorities in investigations of suspected crimes.

Violations of Acceptable Use Policy:

• Illegal use: Services may not be used for illegal purposes.
• Account Activation: SMS sending is for genuine users only, NOT for SPAMMERS. To activate your account, you must provide two authorized identity cards issued by the Govt. of INDIA/State Govt. and sample message content. Without this, accounts will not be activated and payments are non-refundable.
• Harm to minors: Zero tolerance for harm to minors or child pornography. Violations result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
• Infringement: Unauthorized copying of copyrighted material or trademarks is prohibited.
• Collection of data: Collecting personal information without knowledge is prohibited.
• Fraud: Knowing misrepresentation or misleading statements.

Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if committed by a friend or family member. Sharing passwords with unauthorized users is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent security or probe other networks will result in criminal or civil liability.

Network Performance

Accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, or disk space that impairs network performance for others is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Disclosure to Law Enforcement: Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose all subscriber info (IP, history) to law enforcement agents upon written request without further consent.
2. Service Rates: Company may change specified rates and charges from time to time based on supplier costs.
3. Payment: Service is dependent on receipt of payment. Interrupted accounts for non-payment are subject to a reconnect charge.
4. Refund Policy: IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Payments To cheapbulksms.com are Non-Refundable. SMS credits are digital products and require 100% advance payment.
5. Account Cancellation: Requests must be made in writing with 30-60 days notice sent to support@cheapbulksms.com.
6. Support: We provide technical support related to your service but do not provide support for YOUR end customers.
7. Bulk SMS Pricing: Prices vary based on operators. If operators hike prices, we reserve the right to hike prices or adjust remaining credits accordingly. Validity is unlimited as of the day, but consumption is subject to operator price changes.
8. SMS Delivery:
   • Promotional: No speed delivery guarantee; depends on traffic volume.
   • Transactional: Depends on traffic volume; no speed guarantee.
   • API: Maximum guarantee, 99% uptime, in-time delivery.
9. Server Optimization (Delivery Reports): All SMS Delivery Reports are kept in the server until SATURDAY. Every Saturday Night at 9:00 PM, we DELETE ALL DELIVERY REPORTS to clean our server. Clients must download reports before this time.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by acts of God, war, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Indemnification: Customer indemnifies cheapbulksms.com for any violations that result in loss or third-party claims.
Price Fluctuation: If operators hike prices, we adjust credits or prices. No money is refundable.
