Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only for valid reasons. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the reason is not found to be valid by our internal review team.
  • No cancellations are entertained for products that the cheapbulksms.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Summer Business Season, etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the services received are not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding services that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

Refund Policy

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will check your case and try to convert your package to a higher-tier service to better meet your needs.

Cash Refunds: While refunds are considered, we strictly verify the usage of services. In the case of Bulk SMS or Voice Calls, we calculate the exact count of messages/calls used, add our service maintenance amount, and then plan the remaining refund accordingly.
